I would love to see videos with short sequences that could assist with a quick stretching and calming effect. Something I could use between clients, when my day is filled with back to back sessions.

Great idea! I teach part-time and am a stay-at-home mom. There’s so little time for me to practice yoga these days. Short 15-20 minute practices are just what I need right now!

I second that! Between work and family obligations, I find myself waking up early to get everything accomplished. By mid-afternoon, I’m ready for a nap!

I can’t do my regular yoga routine because I am struggling with piriformis syndrome. I’d like to learn a routine that won’t damage the piriformis, maybe help to heal it.
    thanks for asking.

I love it when Sequence Wiz focuses on a particular topic such as piriformis syndrome and/or sciatica. I often consult these blogs in my own teaching. Thank you!
