Need to focus on a difficult task? Try this short yoga practice that helps with right – left brain integration. It uses cross-lateral movements, crossing the midline of the body, mismatched and “defying expectations” movements for improved coordination and focus, and alternate nostril breathing to balance the autonomic nervous system. See if you can pat your head and rub your stomach at the same time after completing this practice! Learn more about right – left brain integration through movement.

Olga, thank you for everything that you continue to do! I always benefit from something you write, as a yoga teacher; your dedication to keep learning, and to share what you learn, is an invaluable support to me in my work with my students (and for myself too!).
