I have bakers cysts behind my knees . I can’t bend down deeply while on my knees. Suggestions?
Hi Linda. Sure thing! In #2 instead of moving down into the Child’s pose, stay on your hands and knees and arch your spine back and forth as you breathe (Cat-Cow pose). In #4 sit down on a chair and do the exact same thing moving your upper body up and down with the arm sweep. I hope this works. Let me know how it goes!
I am revisiting these because I am always in a rush in the morning trying to get to work. Mornings are my time to exercise/yogacise! I am going to try using my great big ball instead of a chair. I like using it to meditate, too1
Olga, how are you?
I’m so excited you made a video of the Magic 3, thank you!

I’m looking for poses that would be especially beneficial for peri-menopause, and menopausal women. I am 54 years old experiencing hot flashes, mood swings, loss of muscle tone, balance, ect…I certainly don’t want to lose bone. Help!
